VSAT
Overview
The VU-SAT (Vijaybhoomi University Scholastic Admission Test) is the entrance exam conducted by Vijaybhoomi University (VU), which is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra for admission to it’s undergraduate Liberal Studies program. It is a modern and innovative institution known for its distinctive approach to education, which combines academic excellence with real-world application.
Exam Details
The CLAT is a 2 hour paper-pen test with 120 multiple choice questions with 1/4 negative marking. The test is conducted in various cities across India on the first Sunday of December.
Exam Pattern/Paper Format
The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a paper-pen-based entrance examination for aspiring law students in India. It assesses candidates across five key sections: English (20%), General Knowledge and Current Affairs (25%), Legal Aptitude (25%), Logical Reasoning (20%), and Mathematics (10%). The English section tests language proficiency, while General Knowledge and Current Affairs focus on recent national and international events. Legal Aptitude evaluates a candidate’s understanding of law and reasoning, whereas Logical Reasoning measures critical thinking abilities. Finally, the Mathematics section emphasizes basic numerical skills, ensuring well-rounded preparation for legal studies.
Process Information
The application form is released in August. Students need to complete the application process by mid-October. The test is conducted in December. The admission process is carried out in multiple rounds from end of December through May-June.

Test Syllabus
Part A:
Assesses your scholastic ability in three areas, namely, Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability and Comprehension, and Logical and Analytical Reasoning Ability.
Part B:
Provides you questions which assess your understanding in a particular area of study such as business, law, design and data science. A candidate is required to answer two descriptive type questions in an area of study chosen by a student..
