Overview

The WWI-ET (Entrance Test) is an entrance exam that candidates must clear to gain admission into Whistling Woods International (WWI) which is one of India’s leading film schools, offering specialized education in the fields of film, media, and entertainment. Located in Mumbai, WWI is renowned for its state-of-the-art infrastructure, experienced faculty, and high industry connect.

Exam Details

The CLAT is a 2 hour paper-pen test with 120 multiple choice questions with 1/4 negative marking. The test is conducted in various cities across India on the first Sunday of December.

Exam Pattern/Paper Format

The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a paper-pen-based entrance examination for aspiring law students in India. It assesses candidates across five key sections: English (20%), General Knowledge and Current Affairs (25%), Legal Aptitude (25%), Logical Reasoning (20%), and Mathematics (10%). The English section tests language proficiency, while General Knowledge and Current Affairs focus on recent national and international events. Legal Aptitude evaluates a candidate’s understanding of law and reasoning, whereas Logical Reasoning measures critical thinking abilities. Finally, the Mathematics section emphasizes basic numerical skills, ensuring well-rounded preparation for legal studies.

Process Information

The application form is released in August. Students need to complete the application process by mid-October. The test is conducted in December. The admission process is carried out in multiple rounds from end of December through May-June.

Test Syllabus

MECAT (Media And Entertainment Common Aptitude Test):

Logical reasoning, language skills, and knowledge of Media and Entertainment businesses, covering Film, Broadcasting, Advertising, Marketing, Animation etc. Candidates can appear for this test at a time of their choosing from a venue of their choice.

CAT (Creative Ability Test):

Course-specific skills by faculty of the program the candidate has applied to. Admission Counsellors will provide test details, including any requirements such as materials to bring, technical preparation etc.
